Robert Stephens

Robert Stephens is a 1978 Purdue graduate and a professor emeritus from the Ohio State University. He cofounded Educational Solutions Co., which has provided superior educational choices for disadvantaged families of K-12 students in Central Ohio. Lack of education leads to many inequities, including healthcare decision-making, under-employment and an unfilled pipeline of disadvantaged students accessing healthcare. Warren J. Moore

Warren J. Moore, was born and raised in Memphis, TN and attended Purdue University on a full athletic scholarship (1996 to 2002) where he received his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree. Upon graduating, Warren went to work for Walmart Stores, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN as a practicing pharmacist. His career progression took him from Staff Pharmacist to Assistant Pharmacy Manager then eventually Pharmacy Manager. Dr. Thoma is the Director of Pharmacy and Residency Program Director at HealthLinc, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center in Northwest Indiana. She lives in Valparaiso, IN with her husband (Gage), their son (Fletcher), and dog (Violet). Lynn enjoys living life to the fullest, spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, and being a fitness enthusiast.

R’Kes D. Starling is the President/Chief Executive Officer of Reveles Clinical Services, a purposeful, technology-enabled clinical research company. Reveles is accelerating the clinical development process by enabling patients with complex diseases to participate in clinical research in their homes. It directly addresses the barriers to clinical trial enrollment in racial and ethnic minorities and under-served communities by increasing awareness and expanding access to clinical trials with an innovative, decentralized clinical trial model.

Sun Lee Such

Sun Lee-Such is the Vice President of Pharmacy Services at AMITA Health. AMITA Health’s Ambulatory Pharmacy Services have developed programs that remove barriers to medication affordability, increase access to healthcare, and provide best-practice programs to improve patients’ medical outcomes. AMITA Health has developed a Pharmacotherapy Clinic that emphasizes medication education and provides numerous avenues for the uninsured or under-insured.

Veronica Vernon

Veronica Vernon, PharmD, is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Butler University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She also practices as a primary care/women’s health clinical pharmacist at the Indianapolis VA and serves as the director for the Butler/Indianapolis VA PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency Program. Dr. Vernon received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Purdue University and subsequently completed two years of residency training at the Indianapolis VA Medical Center. Dr.

Brock Davis

Brock Davis currently practices as the Clinical Pharmacist at HealthLinc Community Health Center in Mishawaka, IN. HealthLinc is a Federally-Qualified Health Center (FQHC) which provides primary care services as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) for those who are typically underserved. Brock provides chronic disease state management for patients through collaborative drug therapy management agreements with his providers; including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, smoking cessation, and more.

Dr. Badjie earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D; 2013) from Purdue University (Lafayette, Indiana USA). Dr. Badjie has 9 years of experience in the pharmacy industry serving in multiple capacities. Dr. Badjie also holds a Six-Sigma Green Belt in healthcare-focused increasing efficiencies and outcomes in healthcare organizations. In his most recent role of Pharmacy manager, Dr. Badjie managed a 24-hour community pharmacy with a daily average of over 800 prescriptions, total yearly sales of $16 million dollars, and an inventory size as high as $1 million dollars.
