My name is Madi Eberle and I am a third-year student pharmacist. Currently, I am serving as the president of the Purdue University chapter of the American Pharmacists Association-Academy of Student Pharmacists and vice president of the College of Psychiatric and Neurologic Pharmacists. I am passionate about health equity because race, ethnicity, gender identity, geographic location, and socioeconomic status continue to contribute to the level of care individuals receive in America today. Through research, education, and open-discussions pharmacists and other healthcare professionals can achieve transformative care and overcome the unacceptable gaps in healthcare.
